The Hamilton Lugar School Staff Advisory Board exists to facilitate communication between all HLS full- and part-time staff and HLS administration, evaluate and present policy recommendations regarding staff issues, and foster HLS community-building. The Board is committed to contributing to HLS best practices, policies, and procedures and advancing the school’s educational goals. The Board seeks to cultivate a workplace environment in which all members are treated equitably and without prejudice.
