This program, led by Professor Shruti Rana, is designed to help you develop and achieve your professional and career goals in a rapidly changing world. Students selected for the program will meet for one hour once a week to work one-on-one with career coaches, participate in professional skills development workshops, and meet with community and global leaders to identify specific career goals and start putting them into action. We expect you to leave the program with an internship offer in hand and a head start on acquiring the skills needed to build a successful, long-term career as a global leader and professional.
Application process: This program is open to all SGIS students, including graduating seniors.
Please submit an application packet containing the following:
- A current resume
- Contact information for one academic or professional reference
- A one-page cover letter describing: (1) your career goals (2) how you plan to pursue or prepare for these career goals while a student at SGIS (3) any academic or professional experiences you have had that have helped you identify your career goals or led you to pursue your current course of study.
